Welcome to your one-stop source for Real Estate on the Big Island.  My name is Rie Furukawa, and I was born and raised in Japan.  I grew up in the area where there are many foreign embassies and people from all over the world; it was always fascinating for me to see the different cultures since I was a small child.  

I lived in Australia in early 1990’s, and moved to the Big Island, Hawaii in 1994.

I worked very hard to develop excellent communication skills and knowledge about the island as a hotel concierge prior to my Real Estate career.

I've earned Century 21 Ruby Award in 2004, I've also earned GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations, and keep expanding my knowledge in Real Estate to serve you with quality. 

I hold a “Rescue Diver” license and enjoy scuba diving, I love to swim with dolphins, and I love to eat good food!

I believe in Hawaii’s “mana (spiritual power)”, which attracts so many people and makes them come back.
